Coaching

 

Everyone has goals; not everyone knows how to achieve them.  This is where the Coaching Studio at BW Cycle Studios comes in.  Our coaches work with you to achieve your goals.  All of our Coaching Plans and Services are designed around you and are fully customized to match your abilities, goals, and life.  Our coaches only work face to face and in a private setting with you.  No generic plans here, everything is personalized and unique.  

Our USA Cycling certified coaches have a combined 50 years of cycling and racing experience.  They have competed as Pro-level mountain bike racers, elite amateurs on the road and track, and as accomplished ultra-distance racers.  Our coaches have studied and worked with several noted and national level coaches in the past.  They take their own personal knowledge and experiences, combine that with the latest in coaching materials and methodologies available to help you meet your goals and dreams.

"Yesterday we rode a 70-mile ride that included going over Iron Mountain which is a 3 mile climb that averages about a 7% grade with 12% pitches and than 30 miles later we went over Mt. Roan!!!  Mt Roan is an eight mile climb that averages about 6% grade and seems to go on forever - I was feeling fairly good until 2 miles to go when I started wanting to get off the bike and I thought to myself what the hell was I thinking trying to climb this thing?  But once I got to the top and started down the descent, which was about 10 miles long but fast as hell and I was able to recover...Jason thanks so much for helping me get my fitness to a level that helped me reach my goals."  Stuart, Harleysville PA

The performance assessment is a one-time meeting with one of our coaches.  Work with your coach to determine your current level of fitness and help develop a plan to improve your riding abilities.
On Road

Go for a mountain or road ride with one of our coaches.  The on road assesment is geared around your concerns and goals. Let our coaches help you ride how you want to ride.
Group Seminars Great for a race team or your cycling club.  Our seminars can be informational talks or on road clinics designed around your group's needs.  Great option for learning how to be a part of a paceline or for general riding technique.
